I know, I know, it sounds like a lifestyle that only a few people ever try to live. But that’s not entirely true. There are a few people who do like to live the bose lifestyle. Well, for one, it doesn’t seem that much effort is made to do all this. Just three days of the week, we spend about 15 minutes on our feet doing the most basic of exercise, and then about half an hour on our machine doing all the complex exercises. There are some exercises that require a lot of concentration. For example, all the complex exercises require you to squeeze your eyes together, then you have to squeeze your eyes together again. This is incredibly hard to do.
The other reason this doesn’t seem like much effort is that the exercise has become a necessity, since we live on our machine all day. And the machine is usually the one we run on most of the time. But we have to do it and then we have to run on it. This is a very good thing. And because we can do it, we can actually stay in shape.
