I know, I know, I’m just saying that, but if you’re not able to do more than a few things, you should not be taking a stressful snap of the wrist. It is the ultimate in social anxiety. It just takes energy to release a stress that’s in its own right. I know this because I’m on a long hiatus right now, so I’m trying to take a more gradual approach to stress.

I was worried that I would never find a job again, but I had a job offer that I couldn’t turn down and I was worried that I would get fired. I knew I needed to get out of my house and stop stressing about the outside world. I needed to find a way to be more relaxed.
