The first time I went in for a nose job, I was pretty nervous. The first couple of days were a shock to me because I don’t have much of a nose. So I was really worried about it. I had to go in for one, and I had to leave the home at seven and work at the gym and then go to bed at nine. And when I woke up, I was in bed with my back to the door so I could hear the sun coming up.
I have yet to get to my nose job. The pain is so excruciating, I have lost all sense of smell so I can’t really describe it. Just to be clear, I have NO smell. And there is no sense of smell. It’s like being inside a fire hose. I feel like I am inside a tank. And I cannot even describe it. And that is only because I’m so afraid of the weather.
It is a scary moment when you realize you have no sense of smell, and are stuck inside a fire hose while the fire burns around you.
I am told that if you have a “bump” or an “injury” on your nose you may be able to start feeling nauseous after a few days, but it can take a few months for your nose to return to normal. I am also told that as a result of the surgery, my nose is now much narrower and my right nostril is much more noticeable.
I have to admit that it was a bit of a shock to see a nose that looks like it was made out of clay in the most recent press images. It’s not just the shape, but the fact that you can only see the tip. It’s just not a nice looking nose to be honest.
