I love how la roche posay spray is on sale at Target. This spray is so great for so many things! It is great for making this classic pasta dish, using up the left-over spaghetti that you have made, and adding a fresh coat of sauce when you reheat it.
The ingredients in this version are pretty much the same as the recipe in the book, except that the sauce is a bit thicker than in the recipe. That and the fact that the sauce is slightly thicker makes it very easy to add sauce to the pasta, if you will. I have to say that there’s no problem with the sauce, and that’s the main reason why I bought this recipe.
