Now I’m all about the ingredients, but I’m also a sucker for the texture of food. My favorite texture food is tofu. It’s the consistency that makes it so rich and delicious. It’s a little firm but when you bite into it, the ingredients are so evenly mashed together. The secret of tofu’s texture is that it’s a protein. It’s the stuff we get in our food.
So I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve eaten a delicious dinner only to realize that its all the tofu I’ve eaten. This is one of those situations when I think im going to cry.
