We are bombarded with information that we can use to make our own decisions. To learn how to use your intuition, you need to know how to listen to your instincts, to hear your inner voice and then turn it into action so you can make good decisions. One of the most important tools in making wise decisions is the ability to listen to your instincts. When you listen to your instincts it is like you are listening to your inner voice. If you listen to your inner voice you will know what is right for you, what is wrong, and what you need to do.

I find this to be true. I am currently in a situation where I need to stop and think but I don’t know what to do or how to go about it. But when I listen to my inner voice the answer pops into my head and I know what to do.

Self-awareness can be hard to come by in people who are used to doing things their own way, like we all have in our day to day lives. I don’t mean that in a negative sense. Self-awareness is absolutely necessary for us to be able to be successful in our lives. Just like any other trait, it comes with a cost though. If you develop it, it will cost you. It will slow you down, and slow you down you will be.
Vapour is the closest thing to a perfect state of consciousness we have in the modern world. Not only can you become aware of your feelings and emotions, you can also be aware of everything within yourself. This is the state of mind that is often referred to as “self-awareness”.
